While listening to the radio this morning, I heard a great tip for keeping up with New Year’s resolutions: passwords.
How many times do you use a password every day? Logging into your computer or phone, checking your email, signing into Twitter, Facebook, Netflix, etc. Each login is an opportunity to remind yourself of your resolution. Instead of “password123,” why don’t you try something like “NoChocolate,” “elliptical,” or “DrinkWater”?
Better yet, use your password to remind yourself of your goal and why you want to make this change. “BetterMe.” “StressFree.” “IDeserveThis.” It’s an easy way to remind yourself of your goals several times a day – especially if your goal is to spend less time on Facebook!
